Coffee Service FAQ's
Q: What type of coffee equipment/service can you provide?
We have a variety of programs available depending on the location needs, whether it is for office breakrooms or food establishments. Following is a list of the most common equipment requested:
- Airpot Coffee Brewers - Espresso Machines
- Keurig K-Cup Brewers - Slush/Freeze Machines
- Cappucino Equipment - Water Coolers
Q: Must we sign a long term contract?
We are confident that our equipment, coffee products and service will speak for itself, if you are not completely satisfied we will pick up our equipment upon being notified.
Q: Is there a fee for the coffee service?
Depending on the equipment requested and the anticipated consumption, an affordable rental fee and/or minimum monthly order requirement will expected. Your Sales representative will explain the different programs available and any fees involved once we have a better understanding of your special circumstances.
Q: What if there is a problem with the coffee equipment?
We are a phone call away for any maintenance needed on our equipment placed at your location. Depending on the maintenance issue, we can usually resolve or provide a temporary fix within 24 to 72 hours. There is no charge for routine wear and tear. Charges may be incurred for equipment replacement parts/service if equipment is damaged due to improper voltage, improper water supply, abuse or neglect (including failure of daily cleaning or removal of lime accumulations)es
Q: How do I pay and what are your payment terms?
We accept cash and checks upon delivery. Most Major Credit Cards are accepted through Square and must be paid in advance. Contact your Sales Representative for Credit Card Processing.
Q: How do I place my coffee or supplies order?
Orders can be placed by sending your order sheet to orders@krazy4coffee.com, you can fax your order to 305-260-0508 or you can call us at 305-420-8822.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement if you would like to schedule an appointment to pick up your order at our warehouse. However, if you would like to receive FREE delivery a $125 minimum order is expected.
Q: Do you charge a delivery fee ?
We do not charge a fee for orders over $125 delivered during the week according to planned delivery ZONES. A delivery fee may be added to your invoice if an expedited delivery to an unscheduled ZONE is requested.
Q: What is the latest I can place my order?
Orders received after 2pm may not be eligible for next day delivery.
